By downloading and using Squiggle, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

The software

Squiggle is a desktop whiteboard and annotation application available for Windows and macOS. It is sold as a one-time purchase of $5 with all features included.

License

Your purchase of Squiggle grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the application for personal or commercial use. The license is personal and non-transferable.

Refund policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied, email us and we'll refund your purchase — no questions asked.

Your data

All data you create in Squiggle belongs to you. We do not collect, access, or store any of your data. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Intellectual property

Content you create in Squiggle is yours. The Squiggle application, its code, design, and branding are owned by Squiggle. You may not redistribute, reverse-engineer, or modify the application.

Disclaimer

Squiggle is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do our best to keep the app bug-free and reliable, but we can't guarantee it will work perfectly in every situation. We are not liable for any data loss, damages, or issues arising from the use of the software.

Updates

All future updates are included at no additional cost. We may release new features, fix bugs, or make changes to the app at our discretion.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
